Terms & Conditions
Key terms applying to Meridian Admissions services and digital products.
Last updated: 10 September 2026. Meridian Admissions provides educational support and university admissions guidance. Purchasing a service does not guarantee an offer, interview, admissions-test score or university place.
Student responsibility
Students remain responsible for checking that their final application is accurate, truthful, compliant with the relevant university or admissions-platform requirements and genuinely reflects their own experiences and circumstances.
Consultations and bookings
Consultations are valid for the application cycle for which they were purchased and are subject to adviser availability. Bookings should be made through the booking method provided by Meridian. Rescheduling and cancellation rules may be displayed at the time of booking.
Written application services
Meridian's written-application services are educational support based on information supplied by the student. The student is responsible for reviewing, personalising and approving any working draft or suggested wording before submission.
Meridian Priority Support
Priority Support provides ongoing email and WhatsApp access to the Meridian admissions team for questions, research and general application guidance during the purchased period. Responses are normally provided within one working day and the service is subject to reasonable use. Substantial standalone work, including full application audits or complete written-application projects, is not included unless expressly stated.
Priority Delivery
Priority Delivery is an optional expedited turnaround for eligible personal statement drafting and review services. It is subject to availability and begins once Meridian has received all information reasonably required to start the work. If Priority Delivery is unavailable after purchase, Meridian will contact the purchaser to agree an alternative or refund the Priority Delivery surcharge.
Application Support Packages
Application Support Packages combine the services and support periods listed on the relevant product page. Where a package is sold “from” a stated price, that price includes the Core Personal Statement level; any Competitive or Specialist upgrade selected during purchase forms part of the order price.
Admissions tests and interviews
Tutoring and mock interview services are designed to support preparation. Results vary by student and no score, interview outcome or offer is guaranteed.
Programmes
Programmes combine multiple Meridian services. The exact inclusions shown on the relevant programme page at the time of purchase form part of the service description.
Digital products
Digital guides are supplied for the purchaser's personal educational use. They may not be reproduced, resold or distributed without permission. Any applicable cancellation or refund rights for immediately supplied digital content will be explained during checkout.
Accuracy and changing admissions rules
University requirements, admissions tests and deadlines can change. Meridian aims to use current information, but applicants should always verify final requirements with UCAS and the relevant university before acting.
